A two year, large kitchen and restaurant extension project carried out over a number of phases. Worcester Bosch worked closely with Francis Catering on the designs which needed to incorporate existing catering equipment within the kitchen redevelopment.

All the prime cooking equipment, including combination ovens are from Falcon.
