The initial brief from the Orchid Group was to create a "contemporary carvery", with butchers blocks. Francis Catering worked very closely with Harrison Design to formulate the finished design and look. Five individual carvery pads were sunk into "butchers blocks" with floor mounted copper light boxes fabricated by Francis Catering and the copper theme has been carried through into the vegetable display. The final result is both unique and visually stunning.
The carvery meals are cooked in Rational Combis and FWE slow cook ovens.
