The quality of the food in this gastro pub is now well known in the Putney area with excellent reviews in London publications.
This project began as an enquiry for a Rotisol rotisserie. Francis Catering were then asked to specify and quote the complete kitchen which was installed on time and under budget. The prime cooking equipment is Falcon Chieftain and Eloma Combi Steamer, with Williams refrigeration units.
The client has just ordered their next pub kitchen.
