The Deckers Group is well known in the North West for quality restaurants and the Plough & Flail is it's first public house. Francis Catering worked with the Group's design, catering, and engineering teams to design and supply the kitchen and stainless steel under bar. The result is an establishment where the menu changes every day and which continually exceeds its' budget forecasts
The cooking equipment is Garland Heavy Duty and Rational Combis, the refrigeration is by Foster.
