Working directly with the school business development and catering department this was a 2 phase project with a 6 month period between stages. The first phase was a basic upgrade of cooking equipment which provides for a community of over 900 pupils. Phase Two was a complete refurbishment including the modernising of all serveries, painting and decorating, new servery counters, ventilation and food preparation areas, and the incorporation of existing equipment from Phase 1.
