The initial contract was to design and install kitchen facilities for a 30 seat restaurant/café at the new farm shop on the Battlefield site in Shrewsbury. The client was also looking for a company to supply Deli counters and, as the scheme developed, a butchery section and full shop fitting for the ambient food display.
After a visit to Francis Caterings' premises, the client was convinced that we could not only supply but also project manage the whole scheme.
The finished project comprised of a kitchen, farm shop, manufacture of deli and meat counters, open plan butchery section, display refrigerators and freezer, complete shop fitting of shelving and point of service.
Total Project Cost: £125,000.00
