Client: Park Regis
Design and install 11 kitchens and bars for the opening of the first Park Regis hotel in Europe, including an upmarket Izakaya-style Japanese restaurant called Refuto on the exclusive 16th floor with gas cooking in the restaurant area.
In the Japanese restaurant we installed Capture Jets, developed by Halton which capture waste products in the canopy and stop aromas and CO2 escaping into the dining area.
The bars were developed and manufactured in-house during the build programme which gave flexibility to accommodate changes as the build proceeded and allowed us to take full responsibility for measurement, manufacture and installation without impacting on cost or timing.
Francis did an amazing job, organizing work in such a way to minimize disruption to guests and staff.
