Design, specify and cost a unique servery for the University, for main courses, deserts and impulse food but with the addition of a Welsh dimension.
The servery was designed with the required flows and the top was specified as local black Welsh slate. We sourced the slate directly, created the designs and provided templates for the stone mason to work the raw material.
The entire servery was manufactured in house by Francis Catering Equipment to control cost, quantity and on time delivery.
Francis did an amazing job, organizing work in such a way to minimize disruption to guests and staff.
