The health and safety executive recommends that catering equipment is serviced annually to ensure it continues to operate to the manufacturer’s specification and proper servicing and maintenance is often an insurance company requirement.

Servicing & Repairs

 Our fully qualified engineers are trained to carry out servicing and maintenance to all types of commercial catering equipment.

 We give each piece of equipment its own identification number which makes placing future calls a piece of cake. We issue service sheets for each piece of equipment and also Gas Safe certification where required. We recommend that your catering equipment is serviced on an annual basis.

Maintenance Contracts

A planned maintenance programme spreads the cost, saves money overall and helps prevent unwanted crises should you suffer an equipment breakdown.

However, if the worst does happen, our emergency service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year – we appreciate that evenings, weekends and public holidays can be the most critical times for many of our customers which is why we offer a ranges of contracts to suit all needs and budgets.
